Families deserve more than legal battles and lingering resentment — they deserve resolution rooted in respect. Whether you’re a legal professional supporting your clients or an individual facing family transitions, my practice offers a compassionate alternative to the courtroom.
Through calm, cooperative mediation, I help parties find common ground and create lasting agreements that protect what matters most. With clarity and care, we work toward stability, mutual understanding, and a path forward that truly serves everyone involved.
Throughout my career representing families in divorce, custody matters, and domestic violence cases, I’ve recognized a profound truth: the legal system meant to help families often left them more fractured than before. I’ve witnessed families of strength and character gradually worn down by legal disputes - not by circumstance, but by process. Over time, I’ve noticed that my most meaningful victories were the ones where warring parties managed to become solution-oriented. This realization sparked an important question: What if families could find solutions that foster future stability, rather than deepening the divide between them?
This insight reshaped my calling. I began to use my extensive legal knowledge to guide families toward solutions that serve everyone's long-term interests. My mediation work is rooted in an elegant principle: that with thoughtful guidance and mutual respect, families can come to a resolution - one that honors their shared history while protecting their collective future, particularly the well-being of their children.

With more than a decade of experience, I’m proud to be licensed in three jurisdictions: Massachusetts, New York, and Florida. After earning my undergraduate degree in International Relations from Boston University, I graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2014.
My legal career began in the Bronx, New York, where I defended the rights of those facing criminal prosecution in one of the city’s toughest boroughs. It was there I learned how to be a tough negotiator from the very start.
Eventually, I made my way to Tampa, Florida, and joined the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office, continuing to defend those who could not afford private legal counsel.
Following my time in government law, I joined the private practice of Kenny Leigh & Associates, where I’ve successfully advocated for parents’ rights in divorce and paternity actions.
My work is a big part of my life, but so are the people and passions that keep me inspired.
